Blue Lemon expands to Arizona

The name alone is intriguing, but it’s the food that will keep people coming back to the Blue Lemon, which is slated to open in Gilbert early next year.
Not only is a seasonally driven gourmet food option coming to town, but so are 35 new jobs.
The restaurant will open in a 4,300-square-foot location at 4351 E Baseline Road, Ste. 108.
Blue Lemon’s food is made purely from natural (mostly local) ingredients and is never fried or microwaved.
The Gilbert restaurant will be the chain’s first outside of Utah.
